Pleasant motel with good service. Close to Brecknidge, 3 miles and good value for money. I brought my two young boys and our dog and we were well received and the breakfast was perfect for our need Thanks.
The Wayside Inn was very affordable, the staff was extremely friendly and the bed was super comfortable!
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. The room we had was very clean and tidy, comfortable, and quiet. It was a little off the beaten path but only 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. The surrounding area has a lot of recreational activities available, which we really appreciated. Definitely worth the money!!!
The only negative comment I have is that it is formatted like a motel, so your room exits to the parking lot. However, it does give the facility a more cabin-like feel.
The owners were very friendly and the hospitality was great . It was a very quaint motel. The location was good but it helped if you had a vehicle, I was hiking so it was a little ways out , but the bus service to Frisco or Breckenridge was fine. I would recommend this Inn to anyone .
Very friendly owners went the extra mile for us. Comfortable rooms and very clean.
Little bit out of town so had to drive to get anything to eat.
The rooms were adorable, location was right where I wanted it to be, the hot tub looked awesome, the staff was incredibly helpful.
Nothing, it was exactly what I wanted.
Would have liked to have coffee available in room or in the lodge lobbie. It was not available at 8am. There was no breakfast or snak or fruit. Some lodges have these and I am sure they do not cost much. The location was quiet, room clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom was minimal. Not much room for long legs between the toilet and the shower. It was clean
As many reviews mentioned about this hotel before, the bed is very comfortable . The location is very convenient . It's very beautiful around the hotel and we had a morning bike ride during our stay and the scenary is absolutely beautiful.
The room was comfortable.
It didnt have central air.
The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy. The hotel owners are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. The lobby always has a fire going in the huge fireplace, the complimentary breakfast is great, and ob (the dog) is very affectionate!
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a very clean, cozy 2-person room with one queen bed. The price was simply unbeatable. We were very happy with our stay. Oh, and the golden retriever in the lobby area was very friendly!
The owners were very personable. I also loved the price. The location was perfect for driving to ski resorts. For what I went for, a weekend get away, it was fabulous.
There wasn't shampoo in the shower and the bathroom was some what small.
They have an outdoor spa you can use, and the reception area has a nice fireplace with couches and wifi so you can hang out there for a little while if you wish.
It is about 2.5 miles from the town itself, so you really need a car. It's not such a big deal considering how well priced it is, and the facilities are clean and the room is heated (though no wifi in the rooms).
It was very drafty, old and the staff took our own towels(rags for dog) and then couldn't find them. We had to stuff towels under door to stop air from coming in. It had a very small shower. Super small. Just no comfort level.
Beds were very confortable.
Pictures described a renovated hotel but the small, "single" room had no room temp control, refridge or microwave. For the location it was not good value since I booked it over a month in advance. I ski in Breckenridge with friends every year but would not stay there again.
